Recruiting Project Managers for 2025!

 About Brno has initiated a pilot program in collaboration with three companies in the Czech Republic, including two based in Prague and one in Brno. 

 AboutBrno is building a talent pool for project managers at all levels for recruitment throughout 2025. These roles span various sectors, including cloud, automation, engineering, manufacturing, and energy, but all industry experience is welcome. A passion for business and success is key to thriving in these roles. 

  We offer a range of roles, from Co-ordinator PM positions (starting at an entry salary of 38,000 CZK) to Junior PM roles and Senior PM roles with top salaries reaching 167,000 CZK. We’re also seeking placement project managers to serve as on-site liaisons. This can involve placements abroad. 

Requirements:

• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Ability to convey business points effectively and manage scheduling.
• Proficiency in at least two languages (English is essential; Czech and additional languages are a plus).

Details:

• Roles are project-based with a hybrid working model (2-3 days in the office).
• Approximately 30% of roles will be based out of Brno.
• Experience across multiple industries is valued, and the ability to adapt and bring innovative solutions to complex projects is essential.
